Please note that we are a very small, independent, 3-person team. We are not a big, popular brand/store that can handle every aspect of operations. Our t-shirts are strictly on a limited run only. As much as possible, we'd like to enforce an "All sales are final. No return, No exchange" policy. Before ordering, please read the item's description carefully and make sure to check the size charts provided to avoid size mistakes.

HOW CAN I BUY YOUR SHIRT?
PH Edition: Please contact Cedrick (0936) 150-9796. Specify the quantity and size (if available). Once payment is received and confirmed, provide your mailing/delivery address. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you.

US Edition: Just order from the product page.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?
PH Edition: You can pay thru GCash and Palawan Express Money Padala. Contact Cedrick (0936) 150-9796 for details.

US Edition: Payment thru PayPal only.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
PH Edition: Items are shipped via DPX, J&T Express or LBC.
Depending on the package's weight and courier used, shipping rates are approximately:
Metro Manila: PhP 100 - 150
Luzon (outside Metro Manila): PhP 160 - 240
Visayas & Mindanao: PhP 250 - 320

If available, GrabExpress LalaMove may be used within Metro Manila.

US Edition: Items are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) (1st Class mail or Priority Mail)
Depending on the package's weight, shipping rates are approximately:
1 shirt: $ 7
2 shirts: $ 8.25 - 9.60
Shipping rates within the US only.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. For now, only US Edition shirts are available for global shipping. For shipping rates, contact: schizo102@aol.com
If you are in the Philippines and interested to buy a US Ed. shirt, shipping is $ 10 via LBC (Delivery within 12-14 days).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We will try our best to process and ship your order as fast as possible. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing and verification.

PH Edition:
For orders within Metro Manila, expect a delivery lead time of 1-2 days.
If available, GrabExpress LalaMove may be used within Metro Manila.

For orders outside Metro Manila (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao), expect a delivery lead time of 3-5 days.

US Edition:
Fo orders within California, expect delivery in 1-2 days.
For orders in other states, expect delivery in 2-3 days.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you.

I BOUGHT A T-SHIRT BUT IS DAMAGED, CAN I REPLACE IT?
Yes. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Just contact us within 5 days upon receipt of item. Before sending the item back, please contact us first. Describe the defect/damage and if possible, send us a photo/s.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it. Must be in good condition, with all original tags attached (if any), unwashed and unused; free of stains, make-up or deodorant and the like. It must also be in the original packaging (if any).

Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. We must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a text or email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

You are responsible for the costs of returning your item.

If exchange if approved, we will send you a replacement of the exact item (same product, design and size).

If item is already sold out, we will just refund you the actual price and original shipping cost.

 

I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
No. "All sales are final. No return, No exchange." We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. It is with emphasis that before ordering, please read the item's description carefully and make sure to check the size charts provided to avoid size mistakes.

If you changed your mind or if the t-shirt does not fit you, we suggest you resell the item. We hope you understand.

DO YOU RE-STOCK YOUR INVENTORY?
Products on our site are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited quantities of our products, we may not do a re-print. Once they're gone, that's it.

WHY DO YOU HAVE 2 VERSIONS OF THE T-SHIRT?
For now, PH Edition shirts are silkscreen printed in the Philippines. Thus, making it available fast and keeping the price (PhP 675) a bit affordable.
Had all the shirts printed here in the US, the price would be set at around PhP 980 plus the LBC shipping of $ 10 (or PhP 490).
US Edition shirts are silkscreen printed in Azusa, California. Having two different t-shirt printers, the two versions may be unique to each other in terms of design, print quality and sizing.
